Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Lex Now app.

⚠️ This action is permanent. Deleting your account removes your profile, appointments, messages, points balance, and all personal data. This cannot be undone.

Open the Lex Now app on your phone

Tap the Profile tab at the bottom right

Scroll down and tap Settings

Tap Delete Account and confirm

Email us from the phone number or email address registered on your account and we'll delete it within 7 business days.
