How Lex Now collects, uses, and protects your information.

When you use Lex Now, we collect information you provide directly (name, phone number, email), information generated through your use of the app (appointments, messages, reviews, legal queries), and technical data (device type, OS version, app version, FCM token for push notifications).
For advocates, we also collect professional information including bar council registration number, practice areas, courts, years of experience, consultation fee, and profile details you choose to share.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
We use industry-standard security including Firebase Authentication, Firestore security rules, and encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS). We do not collect or store any payment card information. Points purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google on their secure platforms and we receive only a confirmation of the transaction.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@lexnow.in. You may also submit a deletion request online or delete your account directly from the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). We will respond to data requests within 7 business days.
Lex Now is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it.
Our website may use cookies for analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve outstanding disputes.
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified via the app. Continued use of Lex Now after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
